Treatment Cancellation Policy

At Body Confident Aesthetics, treatment deposits contribute towards purchasing professional products, consumables, treatment preparation and reserving appointment time.

Depending on the treatment, products may be purchased specifically for the client or allocated from our existing professional stock.

Deposits are intended to be non-refundable in the event of client cancellation, subject to applicable consumer rights and fair cancellation charges.

Where products have been specially ordered and cannot reasonably be returned or reused, we may retain an amount reflecting those costs and other reasonable losses.

• More than 96 hours' notice: Deposits can normally be transferred to another available appointment, subject to unrecoverable costs.
• 48–96 hours' notice: A cancellation charge of up to 50% of the deposit may apply.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation charge of up to 100% of the deposit may apply.
• Failure to attend: A cancellation charge of up to 100% of the deposit may apply.

Any cancellation charge will be fair and proportionate to actual losses, taking account of costs saved and whether the appointment can be filled.

Clients should contact us as early as possible if they need to rearrange.

Where sufficient notice is given, deposits can normally be transferred to another suitable appointment.

If products have been ordered specifically for a treatment, any relevant additional conditions should be explained before booking.

If a client becomes unwell or develops a contraindication, we will assess the circumstances individually, prioritising safety and considering any preparation costs incurred.

If we need to cancel a treatment, we will offer a suitable alternative appointment or a refund, as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights.
